SHOP TERMS:

  1. Purchase through the service is done by the user ordering the available services / products that he chooses based on their description
  2. Ordering services / products is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm CET. Services are ordered from the Fertilite Shop which is arranged according to the type and purpose of the Fertilite j.d.o.o. company. The offer is continually updated.
  3. Fertilite is not responsible for the cost of using computer equipment and telecommunication services needed to access the service.
  4. The order of the service / products is done electronically. By clicking the “Apply/Book/Order here” button, the selected service / product is saved in the shopping cart and by clicking on the “Place order” icon the service / product is ordered immediately. The service / product is ordered at the time the entire order process is completed and sent for processing.
  5. Only upon payment the booking is complete and the service /product reserved.
  6. By placing the service / product in the cart the service / product is not reserved.
  7. All online card payments are redirected to the T-Com PayWay Secure Gateway. Fertilite does not collect or in any way know the card number or details, expect for the card type used and bank that the payment will be processed from.
  8. On the email address from which the registration was made, the order confirmation “[Petra Brzović] …” will be sent, confirming that the order was received, with the following information:
    •         Fertilite j.d.o.o. as a seller;
    •         ordered services / products and their name;
    •         the price of services / products, including all tax and other charges;
    •         selected payment method
  9.  After the order has been received, the administrator checks all order items, availability of the service, and then sends the delivery confirmation to the buyer, or if some services are unavailable, contacts (via e-mail and / or telephone) and informs the customer about it, offering replacement services / products in the same the amount or decreasing the order amount.
  10. In case Fertilite is for any reason not able to deliver any of the services / products that you have ordered, it will contact you, by phone or by e-mail for the purpose of arranging for a replacement of the service / product or the possible cancellation of the ordered service / product.
  11. If you have not received an order confirmation via email within 24 hours of filing your order or your service / products are not delivered as specified in the email, please contact [email protected]

PAYMENT TERMS

Upon confirming the order, the customer agrees to pay for the ordered services / products in one of the following ways of payment:

  • Payment directly to the bank account (bank transfer / transaction account) through the issued quotation/offer
  • Credit or debit card Diners, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro or Visa

After receipt of payment, the service / product is ready for use / delivery in accordance with the usage dates listed in the account.

CARD PAYMENT

If you are paying by credit card, your data is protected by T-Com’s Pay Way system. This means that neither Fertilite j.d.o.o. nor T-Com have insight into your card number, but only the cardholder and credit card holder.

  1. All card payments are processed manually. No automatic payment is completed. Once a customer places the order and passes through the Card Payment T-Com PayWay Portal, the funds on the card are reserved.
  2. After the fund are successfully reservered and upon checking that the desired service/product is indeed available, Fertilite will process the payment and inform the client of the successfull completion.
  3. When the payment has been made, the client will receive the Receipt/Bill for their payment via e-mail.

Pay Way is a credit card online authorization service with maximum security. The Pay Way system provides a secure connection to the card authorization centers and the authorization of the country’s (Croatia) four most powerful credit cards (American Express, Diners, Mastercard and Visa). The system’s special security protocols protect all the data of all participants in the process of purchasing over the Internet.

SAFETY STATEMENT

Payment and authorization of credit cards takes place via the T-Com Pay Way system. T-Com Pay Way applies state-of-the-art data protection standards – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption and MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between the T-Com system and the credit card authorization centers is carried out on a private network, which is protected from the unauthorized access to a double layer of “firewall”.

 

COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, the trader shall undertake to provide the consumer with a written complaint in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2.

Fertilite it is obliged to respond in writing to the complaints referred to in Article 10, paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 of the above mentioned law within 15 days from the day of the complaint received. Fertilite is obliged to keep and keep records of consumer complaints on a durable medium one year after the receipt of the written complaint of the consumer.

THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE SERVICE

In order to qualify for the return of the purchased services / products, the buyer / party must submit to Fertilite submit a written request / notice stating that it is seeking a refund of unused services or canceling them before using them.

Fertilite within 15 days, a written statement will be sent to the buyer as the refund of the funds paid depends on the cancellation conditions for each service for which the services are being paid.

Fertilite j.d.o.o. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and excludes its liability for possible consequences of such alterations and is obliged to notify all registered users through the e-mail addresses that were registered upon registration.
