I invite you to join me and many others in this global healing meditation.

When I sit daily in my meditations I see myself holding hands around Earth and have huge yearning to do more.

Therefore, I will be hosting this meditation to help you find your center, boost your immune system, be calm in these times of uncertainty and to guide you to open our hearts and send love to those that are in need of love and support now – not only the sick ones but to medical staff and everyone working in services helping us get what we need in these times.

When we open our hearts, energy rises, multiplies and literally heals.
